All levels of the structure are provided with a state-of-the-art parking guidance system, including electronic stall sensors, parking-stall count readers, and red/green indicator light above each stall, allowing visitors to easily find available spaces to park. Inbound and outbound express ramping facilitates efficient circulation throughout the structure. The five-level, 2,413-space structure features electric-vehicle charging stations, enhanced wayfinding, and solar panels on the rooftop level. The expansion also includes a new hotel wing for additional rooms, suites and meeting spaces, an outdoor activity area, and a resort-style pool and spa complex. The new East Parking Structure at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, California is part of a major $285 million expansion on the property.
